Ideal candidate:
- 5 to 7 years of management experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or Operations Management, preferably in an international matrix organization
- Strong organizing, planning, and delegation skills
- Analytical skills, strong problem-solving ability, and excellent presentation skills
- Intercultural sensitivity & communication skills
- Prefers to work in a fast-paced, growing company, communicating openly and building trust quickly
- Academic degree, preferably a master degree in a relevant field
- Technical background is a plus
- Knowledge of English, advanced (written, spoken)

Main Responsibilities:
- Directing and coordinating the supply chain functions within the Romanian BU by aligning with the Group strategy
- Driving synergized resource optimization, lower total costs and better conditions for the BU (Romanian) / Group
- Providing customized reporting and recommendations in support of ongoing business decisions or initiatives
- Co-creating the implementation of an integrated group-wide ERP system aimed at a coordinated material flow and optimal stock levels
- Identifying and managing risks/opportunities in his/ her area of responsibility.
- Translate customers’ needs into what we need from suppliers
Activities:
- Plans, manages, and coordinates procurement, logistics and warehouse activities of necessary products and services in compliance with the requirements of supply, and in line with the policies and guidelines established in the company
- Assures efficient movement of goods across international borders, including managing transportation, customs regulations, import duties and other applicable trade compliance requirements.
- Coordinates with other departments such as sales, engineering, project management, service in order to ensure a seamless flow of goods, timely, cost-effective deliveries and an optimized product portfolio and standardized work packages/ categories
- Aligns with the Group with regards to overall procurement/category strategy, transportation conditions, all in line with the trade compliance policy
- Assures harmonization of standard conditions for acquisition/ transportation within the BU and monitor their compliance
- Ensures compliance with BU and group contracts
- Participates at periodical assessment of suppliers’ performance in collaboration with Supply Chain Management at group level
- Continuously evaluates and re-engineers the supply chain in terms of flow of goods and optimal stock levels
